An efficient warehouse is becoming more and more important for Thali AG every year. Today's customers order their products online or in stores and want to have them at home as quickly as possible. Speed and reliability are therefore the key to success in retail.

The warehouse building of Thali AG therefore designed with these special requirements in mind. The technical infrastructure enables delivery within 24 hours of receipt of order at the latest.

The ordered products are prepared for dispatch in the warehouse using the latest logistics, hardware and software.

Our warehouse processes an average of 1000 shipments daily.

Due to our approximately 25000 storage locations, we can guarantee an above-average availability.

Shipping conditions / Partial deliveries

For orders over CHF 500 (net value of goods), you benefit from free shipping.

A fixed shipping fee of CHF 15 is charged for orders under CHF 500.

Currently, no dealer-specific shipping conditions can be displayed in the webshop. Reference is made to the individually agreed prices, delivery and payment conditions.

Partial deliveries (without surcharge) are carried out as standard. The available goods will be dispatched immediately. Exceptions are scheduled deliveries or if a total delivery is requested.

Dropshipment / Fulfillment

We send the articles directly to your end customer in your name and with a delivery note adapted to your data. After delivery, you will receive a dispatch message by mail, with the corresponding package no. For shipment tracking. This allows rapid delivery and the storage risk is borne by Thali.

Orders received by 15:00 are usually dispatched on the same day.
